Our Cancellation Policy
Cancellation prior to 14 days to arrival date, full refund applies. Cancellation 14 days to 7 days to arrival, 50% of your payment will be forfeited. We appreciate you understanding if cancelling 48 hours prior to arrival, 100% of your payment will be forfeited as we have held the room for you with good intentions and therefore turned others away. However if a confirmed re-book of the B & B eventuates a refund will be forwarded in due course. Alternatively booking may be carried over to another date subject to availability if desired. However, a change in date may incur extra room rate costs depending on season.
