The two bedrooms are fitted with queen sized beds complete with quality linen and fluffy towels, waffle robes and slippers, spacious wardrobes, LCDTV/DVD and French doors which open to both a garden or courtyard aspect and decked areas. One compact bathroom with separate toilet and walk-in shower services both bedrooms. The bedrooms open to a cheery space housing a pool table that may challenge your snooker skills.
Also provided within the pool room space are two petite club style sofa’s, a semi self-contained kitchenette with Caesar stone bench tops, large screen LCDTV/DVD, bar fridge, microwave oven, toaster, sandwich press, teas and coffee options, radio, Bluetooth speaker, large selection of DVD’s, books, magazines, board games, FREE Wi-Fi, reverse cycle air conditioning.
Large Gas barbeque with a side burner (selection of pots and pans provided) is located on the outside deck which overlooks our happy chooks and vegetable garden.

Your privacy is paramount.
When a one bedroom package is booked (to suit up to 2 adults) the second bedroom is removed from availability and cannot be booked to ensure guest privacy.
The second bedroom is only available as a “bedroom 1 & 2” combined booking to suit up to 4 adults.
Children 4 yo and under may stay free if sharing the booked room & using existing bedding with adults. Cots are not supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Special Features: We are here to help you enjoy the experience and can be involved in your visit as much or as little as you desire. Our local knowledge may assist with your activity choices. If we do not know, we will find out!

Dining Facilities: The Guest Room is central to many wonderful restaurants and wineries on the Mornington Peninsula. Takeaway food options are also nearby and “complimentary” continental breakfast provisions are provided in-room daily at The Guest Room for your convenience.
A cooked breakfast may be enjoyed at your choice of one of the many local cafe’s within a two minute drive from The Guest Room.
The Guest barbeque facility can also be used to cook your own breakfast on the side burner, selection of pans provided in-room.

We are open for business all year round and are a non-smoking facility (inside). Please advise your approximate time of arrival in the guest comments section on the booking page, or advise by text or email closer to your check-in date.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide for your pets.
We do not have an onsite guest laundry facility; however, a Laundry service (outsourced) is available if required and D.I.Y. Laundrettes are located at Dromana and Mornington both within a 10 minute drive.
